We strongly recommend checking our size charts and hovering over the model to view their size and height before placing your order to ensure sizing satisfaction. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to this returns policy, so please read it carefully.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges for non-faulty items. Please contact info@fwguihua.com with your order number and details of the return/exchange. Size exchanges are subject to availability. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be processed once the item is received back at our warehouse in its original condition, including original packaging and tags.

If you change your mind about a purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase and offer a credit note or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet its original condition. Please note that discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, all related shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Fuguihua does not cover return or exchange shipping costs unless the item is proven to be faulty.

For change-of-mind returns, refunds will be issued for the item’s value, excluding any shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered return parcels.

Faulty Items:

If you believe the item you purchased is faulty, incorrect, or missing, please contact us at info@fwguihua.com within 14 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the fault along with your order number.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will process a refund and cover the return shipping costs.
However, if the item does not meet our return standards or shows obvious signs of damage due to misuse, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.

Please handle items with care when trying them on, as stained or damaged items will not be accepted.
